带式输送机机尾滚筒两级螺旋输送自清理装置设计

Design of two stage spiral transport auto-cleaning device for tail roller of belt conveyor

摘要: 为了解决煤矿井下带式输送机在运输过程中出现机尾滚筒积淤的问题,对比现阶段简易的清淤方法,指出其不足之处,提出了利用两级螺旋输送装置进行自动清淤的设计方案,阐述了两级螺旋输送自动清淤装置的工作原理和结构特点,针对某种型号的带式输送机机尾滚筒进行了相关的螺旋输送设计计算,利用SolidWorks软件对两级螺旋输送自清理装置进行了总体结构设计,给出了总体结构图,为煤矿井下带式输送机机尾滚筒积淤和洒料自动清理提供了有效的解决办法。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of silt accumulation at the tail roller of belt conveyor in coal mine, the paper contrasted the simple cleaning method at present stage, pointed out its shortcomings, put forward the design scheme of auto-cleaning device with two stage spiral transport and expounded the working principle and structure characteristics of the device. The related calculations of the two stage spiral transport were conducted according to a certain type of the belt conveyor tail roller. The overall structure design of the two stage spiral transport auto-cleaning device was made using SolidWorks software, and the overall structure diagram was given. An effective solution had been provided for auto-cleaning the silt and thrown material at the tail roller of belt conveyor in coal mine.
